Buying real estate in Dubai is open to all foreign investors in the so-called areas Freehold (freehold properties).

- Choose the property with the help of a COBEN approved agent.
- Sign a reservation contract (MOU) and pay a deposit (usually 10%).
- Perform legal checks and obtain the No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the promoter.
- Finalize the transaction in front of the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
